Back in the day, I did virtually every dead end job in the county.
I read my first book in my mid 20's; it was 'Jack the Ripper'.
I once contemplated suicide but was too afraid to see it through.
In 1994 my life changed forever; radio did that.
I smoke, but I only drink alcohol when I visit Ukraine.
I lived in Ukraine for a whole year; I'm gonna do it again someday.
In 2003 I was invited to BBC Television Centre by Five Live Controller Bob Shennan. I didn't get the radio job, obviously!
I haven't communicated with my mother since 1995.
I've never married.
I have no children.
I'm not gay.
Writing (Blog & a novel I'm trying to finish) sets me free.
I've never owned a suit, but I have hired a tux.
I have a full motorcycle licence; I've owned a superbike.
I adore animals and I care about our planet.
I think my best feature is my sense of humour. It's quite fast and often risqué. It gets me into trouble, like a 3-week suspension from my radio show once.
I have always had a 'Thing' for V.B.H. (Vicki Butler Henderson).
My favourite comedian has always been Richard Pryor. What an honour it is for me to be working with his animal rescue charity "Pryor's Planet".
I hope to shake the hand [or claw] of an alien in my lifetime.
